Jennette Brothers is seeking to interview an individual with a meat cutting skillset. Qualifications for this position include being able to cut all types of meat items for the foodservice trade as well as operating power saws. Basic knowledge of HACCP guidelines and the sanitation requirements associated with a USDA inspected facility will be helpful in this position.
